Sancta Done-For-You Account Setup Terms

By purchasing and scheduling a Done-For-You Account Setup session with Sancta, you agree to the following terms:

Your Availability During Your Setup Session

Your Done-For-You Account Setup includes a dedicated block of time reserved specifically for our team to work on your Sancta account.

Some portions of your setup may require information, approvals, verification codes, login assistance, decisions, or other responses from you.

You agree to:

• Be available and responsive for the entire duration of your scheduled setup session.
• Monitor the agreed-upon communication method during your session.
• Respond promptly when the Sancta team requests information, approval, verification, or assistance.
• Have any requested information, accounts, login credentials, content, or other materials available before your scheduled session.

You are not required to remain on a video or phone call with our team for the entire session unless specifically instructed. However, you must remain available to respond to the team while your setup is being completed.

Delays Caused by Client Availability

Your scheduled session is a reserved block of implementation time. Sancta cannot guarantee that every requested setup item will be completed within that time because completion may depend on your responsiveness, the materials you provide, third-party systems, account verification requirements, and the scope of your setup.

If our team is unable to continue working because we are waiting for information, access, verification, approval, or a response from you, that waiting time is considered part of your scheduled setup session and does not extend the session.

Significant delays in responding may result in fewer setup items being completed during your reserved time.

Incomplete Setups

If the Sancta team is unable to complete your setup during your scheduled session because you were unavailable, unresponsive, significantly delayed in responding, or did not provide required information or access, the original setup fee will not be refunded or credited toward another session.

The setup fee reserves our team’s time for your scheduled session and is considered earned once the session begins.

If additional implementation time is required because of client-caused delays, you may be required to purchase an additional Done-For-You Account Setup session at the then-current rate.

Missed Setup Sessions

If you are unavailable for your scheduled session and have not rescheduled within the cancellation or rescheduling period provided by Sancta, your session will be considered used.

A new setup fee will be required to schedule another Done-For-You Account Setup session.

Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your Done-For-You Account Setup session up to 48 hours before your scheduled start time at no additional charge.

Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your scheduled session will result in the forfeiture of your setup fee. Because this time has been specifically reserved for your account and our team, the fee cannot be transferred or credited toward a future session.

If you would like to schedule a new Done-For-You Account Setup session after a late cancellation or rescheduling request, a new setup fee will be required.

Acknowledgment

By purchasing and scheduling a Done-For-You Account Setup session, you acknowledge that you understand:

• You are purchasing a reserved block of implementation time, not a guarantee that every setup task will be completed within that session.
• Your availability and responsiveness directly affect how much our team can complete.
• Time spent waiting for information, access, verification, approval, or responses from you is included in your reserved session.
• Client-caused delays do not extend the scheduled session.
• If additional time is required because of your unavailability or delayed responses, an additional setup session and fee may be required.
